Ramuan Rahasia Untuk Pengobatan Wasir

Penyakit wasir atau ambein adalah merupakan kelainan akibat membesarnya pembuluh darah balik (vena) pada bagian bawah usus
besar (rektum) di daerah dubur. Pengobatan wasir dilakukan berdasarkan tingkat keparahannya. Bila wasir masih dalam derajat ringan, obat tradisional, terutama herba berkhasiat bisa Anda coba. Menurut buku Terapi Herba, Buah, dan Sayuran 10 Penyakit Utama, ada beberapa resep herba untuk mengatasi wasir.
1. Sosor bebek
Ambil 50 helai daun sosor bebek, cuci bersih, lalu diangin-anginkan sampai kering. Kemudian tumbuk halus dan simpan dalam wadah tertutup rapat. Satu sendok makan bubuk daun sosor bebek itu seduh dalam satu cangkir air panas (boleh ditambah madu). Aduk-aduk. Minum setelah hangat. Ramuan ini bisa diminum 3 kali sehari.
2. Tapak liman (Elephantopus scaber)
Rebus 0,5 kg daun tapak liman dalam 1,5 l air mendidih. Sebaiknya rebus dalam dalam panci dengan tutup berlubang di bagian tengah. Setelah cukup panas, segera angkat panci dan uap air yang keluar dari lubang tutup panci diarahkan tepat ke lubang dubur penderita wasir. Lakukan 2 kali sehari.
3. Buah tomat
Rebus beberapa buah tomat yang sudah masak dalam minyak kelapa selama kira-kira 10 menit, lalu disaring dengan sepotong kain bersih. Setelah dingin oleskan pada wasirnya.
4. Lidah buaya (Aloe vera)
Lidah buaya secukupnya dijus, tambahkan norit dan bubuk gambir secukupnya. Aduk hingga merata kemudian oleskan di bagian wasir. Resep kedua, daging lidah buaya diparut atau dijus. Tambahkan segelas air matang dan 2 sendok makan madu murni. Aduk lalu disaring. Air sarinya diminum.
5. Akar kangkung
Sebagai obat luar untuk wasir, akar kangkung dicuci bersih lalu direbus. Air rebusannya digunakan untuk membasuh atau membersihkan anus. Resep kedua, segenggam kecil akar kangkung dicuci bersih, lalu rebus dengan 3 gelas air hingga separuhnya. Setelah dingin, minum sehari 2 gelas setengah gelas.
6. Terung ungu
Ambil 15 gr akar terung ungu, lalu keringkan dan giling hingga menjadi bubuk. Kemudian 3 g bubuk akar terung ungu itu dicampurkan dengan bubuk sambiloto, jus lidah buaya secukupnya dan diaduk rata. Oleskan pada bagian wasir.
7. Pisang batu/klutuk
Ambil 3-5 pisang batu muda, cuci bersih kemudian parut dan diperas. Air perasannya ditambah sedikit pulosari dan gula aren atau gula merah. Diaduk merata, disaring, dan diminum 1-2 kali sehari.

Insurance and the Fixed Income Capital Markets

One of the many advantages of commenting on the capital markets is their continuous development. During the May 2006 General Assembly of the Geneva Association, the markets were entering a period of some volatility. Volatility has been a recurring challenge to the development of insurance financing and linked securities; however, this latest bout of febrile conditions was met robustly.
Taking the senior debt and hybrid capital markets first, in May, the differential between bank and insurance spreads had narrowed consistently during the equity bull market phase that was established in June 2003. May and June 2006 were very testing times for capital markets, yet insurance spreads held up very well in absolute terms and relative to banks.
Although insurance paper widened more than bank spreads and has been somewhat slower to recover, this underperformance has been very modest and has not in any way reduced access to the capital market for insurers. A good example of this strength in adversity is Generali. They issued three tranches of perpetual paper in the Eurobond market on 7th June, 2006, raising 1.95 billion and £350 million. This was competitively priced against a backdrop of very weak stock markets (the recent stock market low was attained on June 13) and considerable competing bank Tier 1 supply. The U.S. capital market has been battling with increased stock volatility, rate uncertainty and the NAIC. The NAIC's approach to bank and insurance hybrid instruments has led to some spread weakness. Yet the market has remained open (witness Swiss Re's US$750 million perpetual issue) and has traded well (Swiss Re's issue has maintained its relative value). Swiss Re's Euro transaction, launched at the same time, has traded in a narrow range as well. Thus, the fixed income capital raising market has shown greater resilience than many expected – allowing issuers to have greater confidence that markets will be available when they want to issue.
More importantly, the market's appetite for absorbing real insurance risks has continued to grow. This is best underlined by a groundbreaking transaction from Swiss Re. The deal, at $950 million, is the largest single bond sale from a Catastrophe bond programme. The securitization, called Successor, covers Japanese and California earthquakes, North Atlantic hurricanes and European windstorms risk. This continues Swiss Re's innovation and leadership in this market both as an issuer and as an advisor. As an advisor, Swiss Re Capital Markets were a lead manager for Liberty Mutual's $200 million BB+ protection against hurricanes in the north-east of the U.S., covering all states bordering the Atlantic from Maryland to Maine, as well as Vermont and Washington DC. The above developments, coupled with XXX/AXXX redundant reserve securitization, EV transactions, AXA's motor transaction and continued investment by issuers, investment banks and investors, is fuelling growth and innovation.

"Tahun ini kebetulan waktunya tak bersamaan, beda dengan tahun lalu yang berbarengan. Jadi kita bisa manfaatkan itu untuk mendongkrak penjualan," ujar Jamaludin.
Selain itu, untuk bertahan pemilik usaha juga harus jeli melihat peluang dan pintar membaca tren mode. "Kita harus pintar membuat desain mana yang kira-kira lagi booming," ujar Haji Ali Umar, salah satu pengusaha pakaian anak di Kalibata Pulo. Jika meleset dari tren, pakaian yang mereka buat tidak laku di pasaran. "Biar kreatif, kita juga harus melihat contoh di majalah, tinggal kita gambar sendiri desainnya dan langsung dibuat," imbuh Jamaludin. Mengetahui karakter segmen pasar, juga membantu memperlancar pemasaran produk mereka. Karena pangsa pasar pakaian anakanak di Kalibata Pulo adalah kalangan menengah bawah, tak heran jika para pengusaha konveksi di kawasan ini memilih model pakaian yang ramai, dihiasi berbagai aksesori, dan warna-warna cerah. "Kalau bajunya polospolos gitu kagak laku. Coba dikasih pita sedikit, laku deh," kata Jamaludin.
Para pengusaha konveksi rumahan di kawasan ini sempat ingin menjadikan daerah Kalibata Pulo menjadi sentra, semacam di Cibaduyut. Untuk itu, tahun 2000 lalu mereka sempat mengadakan bazar di sepanjang jalan Buncit Raya, yang diikuti seluruh industri rumahan di Kalibata Pulo. Hasilnya laris manis. "Bang Yos sampai melihat besarnya potensi kita," ajar Jamaludin. Namun karena pengelolaan yang tidak baik, acara itu hanya berlangsung sekali saja, dan ide menjadi sentra pun menguap begitu saja.
Permasalahan ternyata tidak hanya itu saja. Pembuatan wadah koperasi yang diprakarsai Pemprov DKI Jakarta tidak jalan. Ada persaingan tidak sehat di antara pelaku usaha. Mereka saling membanting harga boju-baju buatan mereka. Hal serupa juga dilakukan pengurus koperasi yang notabene bukan berasal dari warga setempat. Alhasil, "Warga jadi tidak percaya sama koperasi," ujar Haji Jamaludin.

Apakah sebenarnya penyakit Leptospirosis itu ?

Penyakit Leptospirosis sesungguhnya tergolong zoonosis, yakni jenis penyakit hewan yang bisa menjangkiti manusia. Penyebabnya adalah bakteri leptospira, bakteri yang berbentuk panjang dan spiral, yang hidup dan berkembang biak di tubuh hewan. Hewan pengerat seperti tikus dan tupai, adalah hewan yang paling mudah terjangkiti bakteri ini. Namun, bukan tak mungkin hewan ternak seperti babi, ayam dan hewan peliharaan seperti burung, kucing dan anjing bisa terkena bakteri ini juga.
Bakteri leptospira keluar bersama denga urine hewan dan masuk ke tubuh manusia melalui telapak kaki, selaput lender, mata, hidung, kulit luka atau terkena eksim, air, dan makanan. Begitu masuk ke aliran darah, dalam 4-10 hari, bakteri ini akan menyebar ke seluruh tubuh.
Penyakit leptospirosis sering juga disebut penyakit demam banjir, padahal penyakit ini bisa muncul juga di musim kemarau. Memang, ketika banjir melanda, kemungkinan orang yang terinfeksi lebih banyak. Ini disebabkan bakteri leptospira bisa mengendap di tanah dan bertahan sampai hitungan bulan. Begitu ada banjir, bakteri yang mengendap di dalam tanah terbawa air dan menempel di lantai, dinding, perabot, dan benda-benda yang terkena banjir. Penyebab lain kenapa di saat banjir penyakit leptospirosis lebih mudah berjangkit adalah karena ketika banjir, sarang-sarang tikus terendam. Tikus pun akan segera mencari tempat yang aman. Pada saat tikus-tikus mengungsi kandung kemihnya yang lemah membuat urine lebih mudah berceceran di berbagai tempat.
Pada kasus-kasus awal mungkin dokter tidak menduga ada leptospirosis, karena penyakit ini tidak lazim dan sering dikira penyakit kuning. Padahal, jika terlambat diobati, penyakit ini bisa merusak organ-organ seperti ginjal, hati dan otak. Oleh karena itu, cegahlah sedini mungkin dan waspadai gejala yang timbul.

Kurang Waktu Tidur Bisa Kena Kanker

Cara Memikat Kaum Wanita

Kanker Terobati Dengan Tembakau

Para ahli telah menemukan suatu potensi besar tentang tanaman tembakau yang selama ini mendapat citra buruk masyarakat karena digunakan sebagai bahan pembuat rokok yang mengakibatkan jutaan kasus kanker di seluruh dunia. Ternyata tembakau dapat digunakan sebagai obat sejenis kanker limfoma kronis. Obat dari tembakau ini akan menyusun reaksi kekebalan pasien sendiri untuk memerangi sel-sel tumor mereka sendiri.

Obat ini dibuat dengan cara menggunakan pendekatan baru yang mengubah tanaman tembakau secara genetika untuk direkayasa menjadi pabrik vaksin tertentu. Limfoma adalah sejenis kanker yang melibatkan sel-sel sistem kekebalan tubuh. Seorang dokter dari Stanford University California mengatakan bahwa ini untuk pertama kali sejenis tanaman digunakan untuk menghasilkan protein guna disuntikkan kepada manusia dan akan menjadi cara mengobati kanker tanpa efek samping. Para peneliti melukai daun tembakau dengan virus yang dibalut gen untuk menulari tanaman tersebut, yang selanjut menghasilkan protein anti-bodi yang juga terlihat dalam tumor pasien. Beberapa hari kemudian, daun itu dipetik dan ditumbuk jadi bubuk hijau. Dari daun itu, anti-bodi diambil dan dijernihkan. Bahan itu kemudian disuntikkan kembali ke tubuh pasien. Ini adalah pertama kalinya vaksin kanker dari tanaman telah diujicoba pada manusia. Vaksin yang berasal dari tanaman memiliki sejumlah keunggulan.
